Rick was the President of the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors(R) in 2005, he has sat on several committees at both the local and state level. Rick has been a member of the President's distinguished Honor Roll for years and also has been a member of the HHAAOR Presidents Honor Roll since 2001. Rick co-founded a local organization known as YES "Young entrepreneurs of the South", he is also very active at the local Humane Society. A top ten Realtor out of more than 1,700 agents, he sold over $40 million dollars and serviced more than 150 clients in 2005. In 2006, a so called flat market, Rick closed more than 75 transactions! His service, work ethic, and energy are second to none and you know this the second you meet him. In 2007, Rick had more than 100 transactions and continued to serve as a State Director and Board of Director for the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors(R). Rick continues to volunteer in the community at the Hilton Head Humane Society and various local fundraising efforts with his band White Liquor.
Fast forward to 2014, Rick did 81 transactions and last year he sold 90 properties. In 2016 Rick helped another 90 families with their properties, while coaching Youth Lacrosse at the HHI Rec Center, serving as a driver for Meals on Wheels, Co-Chair on the Membership Committee at the Association of Realtors(R) and a Board member for the Hilton Head Humane Association. 2017 gave Rick the pleasure of helping 91 families with their real estate needs, and 2018 is already starting off to be a super year!
